Once again, I wanted to do an observation drawing using some object from my desk. The initial idea was to draw a small skull with a cap and sunglasses.
... But after a while trying to draw the jaw and the volume of the skull, it just wasn't flowing. So I simply gave up on the idea.
Since the cap was, for the most part, already drawn, I decided to take advantage of it and turn it into a girl in a three-quarter perspective, wearing a cap and glasses. It became a good exercise to get back into it after the hiatus period from the previous drawing.

Tempo de desenho - aprox. 1h40
Drawing time - approx. 1h40

After showing the drawing to the teachers, two main points came up:
- The shape of the face didn't follow the perspective of the rest of the body. The shoulders and glasses, for example, were seen from the front, besides the character having a somewhat chubby face.
- The position of the cap's crown, edges, and the orientation of the brim also needed to be adjusted.
You can check the corrections in the teachers' sketches, in the top-left and bottom-right corners of the image.
About the skull drawing, I had an interesting conversation with them. We discovered that the reference I was using was itself anatomically disproportionate, which made it hard to try to build the structure with the Loomis method.
It was a very informative conversation and, in the end, they recommended this playlist to me to complement my studies.

I hope this is useful for your drawing studies ;)
