Este aqui foi um combo dois em um: além de recriar o desenho feito no dia 27 de Fevereiro, aproveitei para desenhar a personagem em meio perfil e adicionar detalhes.

A antiga gola improvisada deu lugar a uma bandana, agora com sua estampa e o nome bordado. Também deixei o cabelo mais despenteado (fiquei contente com o resultado, acho que ficou mais convincente) e consegui fazer com que o chapéu parecesse realmente encaixado na cabeça da personagem, em vez de apoiado sobre ela.

Mas nossa... esse chapéu deu trabalho. Principalmente a aba, vista de lado.

Até então, eu ainda tinha dificuldades em visualizar objetos de forma tridimensional durante o esboço. Elementos como a aba, o bordado e as diferentes partes do chapéu pareciam "misturados". Depois que essa estrutura ficava mais clara, aplicar o sombreamento foi mais prático.

Outro fator que dificultou foi manter as alturas dos elementos nas duas perspectivas.

This one was a two-in-one combo: besides recreating the drawing made on February 27, I took the chance to draw the character in half profile and add details.

The old improvised collar gave way to a bandana, now with its print and the embroidered name. I also made the hair messier (I was happy with the result, I think it looks more convincing) and managed to make the hat look really fitted to the character's head, instead of resting on top of it.

But wow... that hat was a lot of work. Mainly the brim, seen from the side.

Until then, I still had trouble visualizing objects in a three-dimensional way while sketching. Elements such as the brim, the embroidery, and the different parts of the hat seemed "mixed together". Once that structure became clearer, applying the shading became easier.

Another factor that made it harder was keeping the heights of the elements consistent across the two perspectives.

Pessoalmente, o que mais me contenta neste desenho é a diferença de qualidade em relação à primeira versão. Foi um momento em que pude olhar para as duas versões lado a lado e perceber, claramente, o quanto evoluí desde a primeira aula.

Também foi muito satisfatório perceber que esse resultado surgiu sem referências. Claro, carregando um detalhe aqui e outro ali dos desenhos anteriores, mas foi a primeira vez que senti que era capaz de criar um personagem novo do zero.

Personally, what I like most about this drawing is the difference in quality compared to the first version. It was a moment when I could look at both versions side by side and notice how much I've evolved since the first class.

It was also very satisfying to realize that this result came without using any references. Of course, borrowing a detail here and there from previous drawings, but it was the first time I felt capable of creating a new character from scratch.
